Where I Want to Travel

If I could travel anywhere I would go to Paris, France. I would travel there because it looks very pretty. Also, I would want to go see the Eiffel Tower. I have wanted to see it for a while now, and I think it would be a fun experience. I know that a few of my aunts have gotten to see it, and they said that it was beautiful. When I get older I will defiantly go see it.

Ergonomics is the study of how the human body uses a work space. When it comes to the computer a bad habit that I have would be not sitting completely back in my chair. I think that our workstations are ergonomically sound. I believe this because we have a good space between the computer and our eyes. While working on the computer you should be sitting all the way back in your chair, having a chair that can be moved higher or lower, making sure that you eyes are level with the top of your computer screen, making sure the home row keys are the same height as your elbow, and use a pad to support your wrist. Those were some reasons about ergonomics.

Google's Blurred Spots

On Google Maps you can look up locations all over the world. You can't see every place though, some places are blurred. The reason for this is mainly for security reasons. On Google Maps the White House, U.S. Capitol, and the Vice President's House are all blurred. The pictures aren't always blurred, but maybe just an older picture of that location. Also some locations in other countries is blurred as well.

Technology

I have Technology this quarter. I also had it last quarter in the same hour, 6th hour. I think Technology is fun, but I don't have my friends in the same class like I did last quarter. The past few days have been pretty easy because it is all review for me. Technology wasn't always my strongest subject, but I think I'm pretty good at this year.

What I Learned in Technology Class

This year in technology class I learned a lot of different things. One thing that I learnded was how to make a movie of some of the things that I like. Also I learned how to make a stop-motion movie. One thing that I like about technology is that we do blogs. I like to do blogs because it gives me a chance to think about some of the things that I never really knew I liked. One thing that I don't like is that I have to be on the computer the whole hour, and sometimes it hurts my eyes. One thing that I know for sure is that I had a great time in Mrs. Debolt's class!

Gum!

One thing that I couldn't live without is gum! I chew at least 5 pieces in a school day, not counting the pieces at house. My favorite kind of gum would have to be 5 gum. I like all the flavors gum, but the mint kind is my favorite. I also like Extra gum! Gum is one very important thing in my life.

The Eiffel Tower

This picture reminds me of the mirrors at a fair. It makes me think me of the ones that makes you look different than what you really look like. They can make you different shapes, or make one part of your body a different size than the other parts. It's more like a hall of mirrors and each one does something different to you.

The Pledge

In school we do the Pledge of Allegiance every day. Some people think that it is just a waste of time. In my opinion I don't think that it is. The reason I think this is because we are pledging to our nation. Yes I agree that day after day of saying the same thing can be a bit annoying, but it is respectiful to do it. When we were younger we had no idea of what it meant, but it's time to start being more mature when it comes to saying the pledge.
